Pictures and things

Sorry it's been so long! We have been so busy with the wedding, honeymoon and moving up to Idaho (and getting settled in) that we haven't had time to update the blog. So here goes, we have tons of pictures!! First off we have pictures from the days we spent in Denver before the wedding, including our rehearsal dinner.

Wedding showers take 2!

All right, that last post was really long, so here goes the rest of the pictures! This time they are from the bridal shower in Canon.

For some reason Elli thought it would be fun to wrap me up in some blue crepe paper. Oh, and I'm holding M&M's in my hand, we were playing a game.

Guests from the Canon city party. There are more around the room but the pictures were so dark it was hard to see the people in them.

Utahna and her family got really creative with their gift. The disc shooters were definitely the best part, Jon and I are planning an epic battle!

The party was themed, the gifts were supposed to be "Firsts" as in: First Christmas, First Bathroom, First Valentines, First Kitchen... etc. I got a HUGE bag of Christmas goodies from some friends of mine. Now all Jon and I need is a tree!!

I absolutely love these oven mitts!! Aren't they adorable?

I have to say this cake is one of the best I have ever seen... and the frosting (cream cheese) was to die for! Only one problem, my name was spelled wrong. Oh well.

My one and only piece of lingerie so far, I think its really awesome. I just love the color!

The girls made me a hat out of the gift bows, don't I look silly?

All in all it was a great party! Saturday I'll post my pictures of the third and final shower. Thanks for reading everyone!

Wedding showers

I hope you guys like pictures because I have a ton of them today! I am trying to catch up with the blog after running back and forth to Kansas for about a month and a half. We have had two wedding showers so far and I have lots of fun pictures for everyone! I hope you enjoy :)

Last week Jon was home for Thanksgiving and we had the chance to get our pictures taken for our wedding announcements. It was pretty cold outside, but we had a great time anyway. Take a look at some of the pictures and let us know what you think!

The day is fast approaching

We are to be married on February 21, 2009 in the Denver Colorado Temple. We are so excited and can hardly wait for the day to approach. Hurray!
